NetSCADA offers our 911 support hotline for our customers. Additionally, advanced customer project support and consulting services are available for for all of our NetSCADA product offerings.
- NetSCADA 911 Telephone Support
- Price: $35 Base Charge for the first 6 minutes + $10 per additional 6 minutes on same support call and items, billed in 6 minute increments.
- Description: 7/24 telephone support (callout after 8am–5pm CTZ- guaranteed callback in 2 hours or less) -billiable to customers credit card or billiable to customers account (must have pre-approved account).
- NetSCADA System Architecture Design Support
- Price: Call for pricing. Per hour charge + expenses
- Description: Custom NetSCADA network and network interfaces / PLC networks architecture design services at customer site, if necessary. Provided by a certified NetSCADA engineer or analyst.
- NetSCADA System Technical Support
- Price: Call for pricing. Per hour charge + expenses
- Description: On-site NetSCADA technical support services at customer site. Provided by a certified NetSCADA system integrator.

NetSCADA offers packaged and custom training support products for our customers. These services are available at our corporate office training facility in Broussard(Lafayette), LA., or at the customers site. Our training facility at Lafayette, LA. is less than 3 miles from the Lafayette Regional Airport. Very economical lodging and meals are available nearby .
- NetSCADA Factory Site Scheduled Technical Training
- Price: $1000/student - lodging and meals available nearby facility at very reasonable rates
- Description: 2 Day training at NetSCADA's training facilities in Lafayette, LA on NetSCADA software systems. Class has minimum of 4 and a maximum 12 students and uses NetSCADA's PLC equipment and student's notebook PC. PLEASE NOTE: Students must provide their own notebook PC for use in school. Includes 1 copy of NetSCADA Client/Server to be used for development purposes only installed on students notebook PC. Also includes a printed copy of NetSCADA’s users manual for each student. Minimum of 4 students and maximum 12 students enrolled for class. Call for schedule and training course outline at (337)839-1020.

PLEASE NOTE: Students must provide their own notebook PC for use in school. Sponsoring customer must provide facility. Class has a maximum of 12 students and the customer provides the facility and student notebook PC.
